1:1 executive coaching

Custom training scoped to one executive's role. The goal is simple: make that person AI-fluent for the job they actually do.

Custom to the role · weekly, bi-weekly or monthly

How the sessions work

Your role, not a syllabus
We start from what actually fills your week. The sessions are built around your decisions, your documents and your calendar, so nothing is taught that you would not use.
Hands on the tools
You work in the tools during the session, not around them. The measure of a session is that you leave able to do the thing yourself.
Judgment, not just prompts
Where AI is reliable, where it is not, and how to tell the difference on your own work. That judgment is the part that lasts.
Your cadence
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We fit the rhythm to your calendar and change it when the calendar changes.

Is this a fractional Chief AI Officer?

It is the part of that role worth paying for. A fractional Chief AI Officer is usually sold as an outsider who owns your AI roadmap. Coaching does the opposite: it makes the executive who already owns the roadmap fluent enough to run it. You end up depending on your own judgment rather than on ours.

If your firm needs the systems built rather than the leader trained, that is the build engagement. If the whole team needs to come along, that is team training. Most firms start with the operating audit and decide from there.

Questions real estate teams ask

Is 1:1 executive coaching the same as a fractional Chief AI Officer?

It is the part of that role worth paying for. A fractional Chief AI Officer is usually an outsider who owns your AI roadmap. Coaching does the opposite: it makes the executive who already owns the roadmap fluent enough to run it, so the firm depends on its own judgment rather than on a consultant's.

What does the coaching cover?

Whatever fills your week. The sessions are built around your real decisions, documents and calendar: hands on the tools during the session, plus the judgment for where AI is reliable on your own work and where it is not.

How often are the sessions?

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. The cadence is set to your calendar and changed when your calendar changes.

Should I train myself or my team?

Coaching is for one executive and is scoped to that person's role. Team training runs as custom group sessions on the firm's stack and deals. Firms often do both: the executive sets direction, the team builds.

How does an engagement start?

Most firms start with the two week operating audit, which maps the workflows and current stack, then shows which of the three engagements actually fits. The audit fee is credited toward a build if one follows.
