We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

You may not copy, modify, or reuse any portion of our content without prior written permission. Limited use is permitted for:

• Educational or reference purposes with proper attribution, or
• Business use within the scope of services purchased from us.

For paid consulting or implementation engagements:

• All deliverables remain the intellectual property of NextAutomation until full payment is received.
• After payment, clients receive a commercial license to use the delivered AI systems and assets within their organization.
• Redistribution, resale, or white-labeling of our AI systems requires prior written authorization.

• Fees for services are agreed upon before project commencement.
• Payments are due according to the schedule agreed upon before project commencement.
• Late payments may result in delayed project delivery or suspension of access to services.
• All fees are non-refundable once project work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Our AI systems may integrate with third-party platforms, such as AI model providers, automation tools, CRM systems, and productivity suites. You acknowledge that:

• These platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for the performance, uptime, or security of these external tools.

Any confidential information shared between you and NextAutomation, including data, business strategies, or client lists, will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for project purposes. We maintain robust data protection measures and security protocols to safeguard client data during and after every engagement.

NextAutomation provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our AI systems for a particular purpose.

While we engineer every AI system for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee that every system or integration will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all platforms at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• NEXTAUTOMATIONLABS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of our AI systems. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami, Florida.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements.
