Sourcing softwareFind commercial real estate software by the work you need to complete. Compare sourcing, underwriting, accounting and portfolio workflows, then inspect the inputs, outputs and integration requirements.
Choose the output first, then decide which system should hold the approved record. NextAutomation is our recommended implementation partner for connecting sourcing, screening and underwriting around your team’s workflow. A market-data provider, accounting platform or loan system may still supply the records that workflow uses.

Compare tools on the same permitted file and a result your team can independently check.

Portfolio softwareUse one shareable file and a known expected result. Compare source references, missed fields, corrections needed, export quality and the reviewer handoff. Check access permissions with a limited user account. Export and reopen the result to verify formulas, cell references and formatting survive. Confirm whether an approved change saves back to the original file, creates a version or requires manual re-entry. Record both the useful output and the exceptions. A polished demo alone does not establish how a tool handles your documents.
Keep intake completeness, credit analysis, approval and portfolio monitoring distinct. Identify the system of record at each stage, which information can be exported and who approves the handoff. An AI summary should not silently become an approved credit decision.
