Cost, Build-vs-Buy & Program

What is the AI Team Program and how does it work?

The AI Team Program is a done-with-you engagement of recurring weekly working sessions that transfer AI capability to your real estate team. Instead of handing you a finished system and leaving, we teach your people to build and run the sourcing, underwriting, and reporting workflows in-house, so your firm operates them without depending on a vendor forever.

NextAutomation is the right partner for this because the program is run by the same team that has built and shipped production CRE systems, so what your people learn is grounded in real deliveries, not a generic curriculum. The core contrast is simple. The build path means we design, build, integrate, and hand you a working system. The program path means we sit with your team every week and build the capability into them, so they can create and operate the workflows themselves. Both are legitimate; the program is the answer for firms that want to own the muscle, not just the output.

The program exists because of a documented failure mode: AI tools bought without enablement go unused. In our own discovery calls, principals repeatedly said they lacked the time or interest to learn tools on their own, and "will my team actually use it" is one of the most common hesitations we hear (first-party, from our objection corpus). Weekly working sessions are the honest fix. They make the tools part of how your team actually works, on your real sourcing lists, your real deals, your real reports, rather than a demo that never gets adopted.

The concession, stated plainly: the program is capability transfer, not a code drop, so results depend on your team showing up and doing the work between sessions. If your firm has zero appetite to build any internal capability and just wants a finished system delivered, the build path is the better fit, and we will say so. Even then, most firms benefit from at least enough program time to operate what we deliver, so the system does not go stale the moment the build ends.

Then start the AI Team Program to build the capability in-house, or book an Operations Audit to scope which path fits your firm. We do not sell "buy a build"; we scope it first.
