How do I know if my CRE firm is ready for AI?

CRE AI readiness is not a binary. Teams typically bring in a partner at two points: when they want a working pilot in weeks instead of a quarter, and when scaling a successful pilot across a full market footprint turns into an infrastructure project. Both paths are valid, and the roadmap is useful either way.
