We designed the Greenbelt platform around a matching engine powered by real transactions and property data. The algorithm analyzes each asset's characteristics and investment strategies to identify the most relevant buyers for every deal. NextAutomation partnered with us to build this vision, with the goal of progressively automating the entire commercial real estate transaction value chain.
