A proprietary platform for commercial real estate transactions
We designed and engineered Greenbelt REIM's proprietary transaction platform, built around a matching engine that reads each asset against investor criteria, strategies, market data and transaction history to surface the most relevant buyers for a deal.

The problem
Sourcing, marketing and closing commercial real estate deals meant working investors, assets, owners and contacts across separate tools and spreadsheets, and matching a property to the right buyer relied on recall and manual cross-referencing rather than on the firm's own data.
What we built
An intelligent matching engine at the core
An algorithm that cross-references each asset's characteristics with investor criteria, investment strategies, market data and transaction history, ranking the most relevant buyers for a deal instead of leaving the match to memory.
One system for the whole business
Assets, investors, owners, contacts and the full transaction pipeline centralized in a single tool, so sourcing, marketing and execution run from one place rather than from separate documents that have to be kept in agreement.
Greenbelt's own platform, engineered end to end
Greenbelt imagined and structured the platform for its business; we handled the product design, the engineering and the deployment. It runs in the firm's own environment, under its governance, as a proprietary system rather than a rented one.
A daily working surface
A deal pipeline, investor and asset records, contacts, reminders and a per-day task view, so the team carries a transaction from first sourcing through to execution in the same place.
Where this stands
The platform is live and in daily use by the Greenbelt team. This entry carries no outcome figures: the firm's internal numbers are its own, and we do not publish figures we have not measured and sourced. Recent work has been refinement and support rather than initial build.
