Off-market samples, built on Miami public records
We built Alure Capital two off-market property samples from public Miami records, one multifamily and one single-family, each surfacing the tax-delinquency signal that qualified the parcels.
The problem
A one-stop Miami firm moves between buyers, sellers, developers and private-equity deals, and each of those needs a defensible read on a property quickly. The question was whether public records could produce a qualified list rather than a list.
What we built
A multifamily sample for Miami
Buildings pulled from public county records and filtered to the firm's asset profile, with tax-delinquent parcels flagged so the list arrived ranked by a signal rather than by address.
A single-family sample for Buena Vista
The same method applied to a different asset class and a tighter geography, to show that the approach is the method rather than one lucky dataset.
Where this stands
This is a delivered SAMPLE rather than a delivered system. Alure Capital sits at lead stage in our own CRM, and this entry says so rather than implying an engagement that has not been signed.
