What exactly are the "working proofs"?
Live tools built on your data during the two weeks, run in front of you on a screen share. For example: an off-market sourcing sample that scans your target markets and hands back a ranked list of candidates, or a deal screen that reads one of your OMs and flags the entry basis against comps in minutes. Real inputs from your pipeline, real outputs you can question. They are proofs, not production systems. Building the production version is what Phase 1 is for.
Is this a sales pitch dressed as an audit?
The deliverable is designed to be worth $5,000 if you never speak to us again. Every bottleneck gets documented whether or not we're the ones who fix it.
Who does the work?
